All sales of fragrance samples are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened samples.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

We stand behind the authenticity of every fragrance we carry. All samples are sourced from genuine, designer fragrances.
